We teamed up with Austin’s favorite restaurants, national tastemakers, and musical artists to transform SXSW’s culinary pain points into moments of delight. Our sponsorship got the internet buzzing, and allowed over 25k consumers to experience the Uber Eats brand IRL.

Uber Eats House | Hip Hop & Tacos with Roy Choi

Roy and music writer Jeff Weiss took 180 VIP guests on a culinary ride inspired by LA hip-hop. Aaron Franklin even stopped by to deliver the makings of Koji x Franklin’s BBQ brisket tacos.

We hosted 120 influential foodies and media for an exclusive dinner featuring Jessica Koslow of Sqirl, Iliana Regan of Elizabeth, Ashley Christensen of Pooles, Diep Tran of Good Girl Dinette, and Deb Keetch of Majordomo.

At the Uber Eats window, Austinites lined up for a total of 24k servings from Popeyes, Milk Bar, Amy’s Ice Cream, and more.

Uber Eats Presents | Khalid, Virgil Abloh, and Billie Eilish

The Uber Eats House closed out the festival with electrifying food and music mashups from Khalid x McDonald's, Virgil Abloh x Milk Bar, and Billie Eilish x by CHLOE. We opened the doors to local Austin eaters with in-app Golden Tickets that had fans running (even scooting) to collect.
